The ultimate conversion: TAMIYA M48 and the CMD early M48 gasoline engine conversion kit. The conversion includes a complete upper hull and turret. I also used AFV-Club tracks.

This is the above M48A3 rebuild into an early version of this tank. The major changes are the deletion of the vision ring of the CWS and the reshaping of the CWS hatch plus the addition of the early style VSS-1 searchlight, originally from a DML M-46 kit.
